Handling differences of opinion is not always easy. All disagreements are not bad, in fact many are just what is needed and we sometimes fear they will get out of control. During this session, you will learn the value of conflict in producing better outcomes.
Identify productive conflict from unproductive conflict. Learn how to keep unproductive conflict from escalating. Learn to keep the conflict in the reality of the situation.
